摘要
对开裂杯形螺母的力学性能和化学成分进行了检验分析 ,并进行了工艺试验。结果表明 ,毛坯尺寸偏短是造成开裂的主要原因。提出了改进措施。
Through mechanical test and chemical analysis and technological experiment of the cracked cap nut, it was con cluded that the short size of nut blank caused surface crack. Prevention method was proposed.
