摘要
金属基复合材料有适合于惯导仪表的多项优异特性 ,性能价格比较好 ,三种主要制备技术在国内均已成熟。该材料应用的主要技术问题如增强体分散均匀性、材料成型、机械加工和热处理等已基本解决。通过对典型捷联惯导系数关键零件的随机振动、阻尼特性等力学分析可知 ,该材料可在提高系统共振频率、阻尼系数及精度稳定性方面对惯性系统有贡献。预计该材料在未来两年后可批量应用于惯性仪表中。
Metal matrix composites (MMCs) is wellsuited for inertial navigation instruments (INS) with its good performance and low cost.With the development of main application technologies such as balanced reinforcement,molding,machining and heat treatment,three major processes become maturity.This paper analyzes the random vibration and damping feature of MMCs of which a key part of a typical fixed INS is made and concludes that such material will be helpful to improve inertial navigation system in coherent frequency,damping factor and accuracy stability.This material will be available for INS in about two years.
