摘要
本文在重型测力仪结构分析与理论分析的基础上,通过电子计算机计算并分析了十字筋式重型车削测力仪的刚度、灵敏度以及两者乘积的变化规律,找出了弹性元件十字筋几何参数,最低灵敏度、许用刚度、许用应力等方面的约束条件,以刚度与灵敏度的乘积为目标函数,采用复合形法进行了优化设计。并考虑加工工艺及性能参数的平衡,确定了弹性元件十字筋的几何参数。通过实际测定与理论分析是一致的。实际测试的结果完全满足 CIRP 科学技术委员会所推荐的国际标准。
This article analyzes the structure of heavy cutting force measure instru- ment,the theory which the instrument is based on and provides the rigidity, sensitivity and the changing regularity of the product of the two.It shows the limited conditions about the geometric parameters,the lowest sensitivity, the allowable rigidity and stress of cross reinforcing steel,and how to optim- umize the design using the combination method.Considering the balance of the process technology and function parameters,the geometric parameters of ela- stic cross reinforcing steel is decided.And the testing result agrees with the one in theory and the standard of CIRP.
