摘要
从“科斯灯塔”引出公共产品可以由私人供给的判断 ,并结合公共产品理论对铁路的公共性进行了分析。在此基础上 ,指出铁路民营是中国铁路体制改革的一个可行方案。
The judge is given that a public product can be supported by private party according the case of the lighthouse of Coase. This article analyzes the character of publicity of railway by referring the theory of public product. Based on this, it points out that the privatization of China's railway is one of the feasible ways for the structural reform of China's railway.
