摘要
为提高刹车毂的使用寿命。本文对蠕墨铸铁刹车毂进行工艺参数,合金性能进行了研究,并做了蠕铁车毂实际装车、运行试验。结果表明:其疲劳性、耐磨性、铸造性和综合机械性能都优于 HT20—40是生产汽车刹车毂的理想材质。
Technological requirments and alloy properties of the brake(?)rum with compacted graphite cast iron are studied.It indicates that the service life of CV cast iron brake drum is 1.2 to 3.0 time longer than that of gray cast iron one through the test of real movement in automibile and proves that the compacted graphite cast iron is a suitable material of the brake drum.
