本文研究了添加Nd_2O_3和Sm_2O_3复合稀土氧化物的SnO_2半导体气敏元件的气敏特性。在CO_2、H_2、CH_4和C_2H_2等气氛中测量结果表明,元件对乙炔的灵敏度高、选择性好、工作性能稳定。
The Nd_2O_3 and Sm_2O_3 composite Rare-Earth Oxide, which added in SnO_2 semiconductor components, on Experiments were carried out determining the sensing characteristics of these components for CO_2. H_2, CH_4 and C_2H_2. Results showed that the components had very highly sensitive. good selectivity and good stability for C_2H_2.
