摘要
利用远心光路照明、CCD传感器 ,可以非接触地精确测量在不同电流驱动下的电致运动行程 ,现场评定Π型双金属片的机电特性 ;
The system is constructed of MCS-51 computer?CCD?tele-centric system . Operated by the computer, the system may detect the axis line of a work-piece and it's movement. The small interval of the work-piece may be fast measured. In this paper,The authors describe the sensor principle?interfere circuit of CCD to computer?hard and software of the measuring system.
