摘要
实验发现 ,当磁感应强度较大时 ,电磁离心铸造 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N管坯塑性下降。拉伸断口观察表明 ,性能下降是由于管坯中出现了缩松。通过数值模拟和分析得出 ,较大的磁感应强度造成凝固界面前沿附近金属熔体重力倍数过低是在管坯中产生缩松的原因。此外 ,数值模拟结果还表明 ,电磁离心铸造过程中 。
In the experiment, it is discovered that the plasticity of electromagnetic centrifugal 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N-tube billet decreases at higher magnetic induction. The observation of elongation fracture demonstrates that the shrinkage in tube billet brings on the decrease of the properties. Through simulation and analysis, it is educed that the shrinkage in tube billet results from too low gravitation multiple near liquid-solid interfaces by intensive magnetic field. At the same time, the result of simulation shows that the appropriate increase of centrifugal revolution can avoid shrinkage in tube billet.
