摘要
对铸钢件凝固过程数值模拟中通常用的缩松判据G/R进行了改进 ,将金属液的静压力P0 引入到缩松的判据中 ,新的缩松判据为P0 G/R。通过试验证明 ,当P0 G/R≤ 3 0× 10 4Pa (s℃ ) 1/2 /cm时 ,铸钢件中将产生缩松。同时说明以P0 G/R作为铸钢件凝固过程数值模拟中的缩松判据比G/R更加准确。
The improvement for the G/R has been performed. The G/R is usually used to predict the shrinkage porosity in simulation of solidification process of the steel castings. The static pressure of the liquid metal is introduced in this prediction method. The new discriminant is P 0G/R that is when P 0G/R≤3 0×10 4Pa(s·℃) 1/2 /cm, shrinkage will occur. It is proved by experiments that the new predicting discriminant P 0G/R is more accurate than the old one.
