摘要
对三种典型金属Ni、Cu、Cr及其氧化物膜NiO、CuO和Cr2 O3 在碳氢化合物热裂解反应中的结焦特点和发生碳势还原反应的可能性进行了系统的理论分析 .在 80 0℃条件下进行结焦加速实验 ,结合扫描电境 (SEM )、X射线能谱 (EDAX)和X射线光电子谱 (XPS)对结焦表面进行表面形貌、元素成份和化合价态分析 。
The present paper, for three kinds of typical metals, Ni, Cu, Cr, and their oxide films NiO, CuO, Cr 2O 3, firstly analyzes the coking characteristics in thermal cracking reaction of hydrocarbons and the possibilities of reduction , then they were tested separately with a quick coking device at 800℃, combing with the analysis of morphology, elemental composition and valence on the surface by scan electron microscope (SEM), electron dispersion X-ray analysis (EDAX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS), it was uncovered that the three kinds of metals and their oxide films have the different coking behaviors and coking mechanisms.
