摘要
研究了 0 9CuPCrNi钢经亚温淬火形成的双相耐候钢的组织与性能。然后将双相耐候钢进行CO2 气体保护焊 ,以研究其焊接性能。结果表明 ,拉伸时焊接接头的断裂发生在热影响区的淬火马氏体回火区 ,断裂强度比母材降低了 12 .6 % ,但仍比热轧态的提高了 14 .1% ,可以实现节约钢材。
The paper studied the microstructure and property of 09CuPCrNi weathering steel welded joint after being subcritically quenched. Then the steel was welded by CO 2 arc welding in order to study mechanical properties of welded joint. The result showed that the fracture during tension occurred at HAZ where tempering took place. The UTS decreases by 12.6% of the parent metal and increases 14.1% of the as-rolled steel. The material can be saved and the weight can be lightened due to application of the dual-phase weathering steel.$$$$
