摘要
运用受迫振动理论并结合位错内耗理论 ,在实验的基础上 ,对国内现行振动时效效果判据给予了理论分析。分析表明 :施振后扫频曲线上共振峰值升高和频宽变窄 ,实质上是由于其材料内部的阻尼 (内耗 )减小所引起的。这两个判据作为振动时效的最终效果判据是有效的。
The article analyzed the domestic popular criterions of VSR's effect based on experiments by utilizing the compulsive vibration theory and the interfiction theory. The analysis showed that after VSR, the increased resonant peak and the narrowed frequency width in the frequency-scanned curve, in fact, result from the decreased interfriction. These two criterions as the criterion of ultimate effect of VSR are available. And we united the criterions and the overseas criterion of the decreased current together from the facet of energy.
