摘要
铝土矿选精矿偏细制约了它在工业上的应用 ,通过工艺矿物学的研究发现 ,矿石中存在大量粒度较粗的一水硬铝石富集合体。因此 ,铝土矿选矿完全可以以一水硬铝石富集合体为解离对象 ,以一水硬铝石富连生体为捕收对象 ,为放粗精矿粒度打下了理论基础。但是在矿石中 ,仍存在一部分一水硬铝石和含硅脉石矿物呈隐晶质或微晶体集合体 ,通过工艺流程的研究 ,开发的“两段闭路磨矿 -中矿再磨一次选别”工艺流程 ,解决了精矿粒度与回收率之间的矛盾。在工业试验中 ,通过优化浮选药剂 ,强化对一水硬铝石富连生体的捕收 ,改善浮选机的运行参数 ,强化粗粒上浮。取得了良好的分选指标 ,精矿粒度放粗至 74 44 % -0 0 75mm。
Too fine of bauxite concetrate restricts its industrial application.Process mineralogy study shows that a large number of coarse rich diaspore aggregates esists in the ore.Therefore,bauxite dressing can take rich diaspore aggregates as dissociation object and rich diasporc intergrowth as collection object,which lays a theoretical foundation of enlarging the grain size of the concentrate.However,in the ore there is still a part of diaspore and silicon containing gangue in the form of aphanitic and microlitic aggregates.Through process flow investigation,a process of 'two-stage close circuit grinding-regrinding of intermediate ore and one-step beneficiation'is developed to solve the contradiction of grain size of concentration and recovery.In the industrial test,good beneficiation performance is obtained through optimizing floating agent,strengthening collection of diaspore intergrowth,improving operation parameters of floatation machine and intensifying floating of coarse particles.The portion with a grain size if -0 075mm is up to 74 44% of the concentrate.
