摘要
在研究相平面非线性规划的基础上 ,对电火花加工的控制过程进行合理分解 ,提出用人机系统的观点 ,研究以人机智能结合的方式来实现电火花加工过程模糊控制的优化设计方案。设计了一种预测神经网络和模糊神经网络协调作用的电火花加工模糊神经网络新型控制器 ,研究了控制器的离线训练数据和在线训练数据的获取方式、离线学习和在线学习算法。
On the basis of the rational decomposition of EDM control process,a new method of nonlinear division of phase plane for EDM control system is proposed.The viewpoint of human machine system is used to optimize design scheme in implementing fuzzy control in the EDM process.A new structure of the neuro fuzzy network control system in EDM process is designed,which is composed of neural network predicting and evaluating and neuro fuzzy monitoring.The methods of training data acquisition and study,off line and on line,in the controller has been studied.
