摘要
首次用液相烧结法成功地制备出钢结硬质合金钢硬质覆层材料 FC- 和 FC- ,并对其磨损性能进行了研究。液相烧结使得钢结硬质合金与钢基体形成良好的结合界面。抗磨损实验表明 :覆层材料获得了接近于钢结硬质合金的抗磨损性能 ,与钢基体相比抗磨损性能得到显著提高 ,FC- 的抗磨损能力好于 FC- 。
Steel based carbide and steel cladding materials FC-Ⅰ and FC-Ⅱ were produced by liquid sintering process for the first time.The cladding acquired good interface by liquid sintering.The results obtained by studying wear properties show that the cladding materials acquired closely wear resistance,and their wear resistance are far better than 45 steel.The resistance of wear for FC-Ⅰ is better than FC-Ⅱ.
