摘要
研制了一种新型花岗石抛光磨具。该磨具采用混合复配的磨料、酚醛树脂作结合剂 ,应用压制成型新工艺研制而成。探讨了影响该磨具抛光花岗石光泽度的各种因素 ,得到了较佳的工艺参数。磨削实验表明该抛光磨具抛光石材的光泽度高、加工效率高。
A new kind of abrasive tool for polishing granite was developed. The abrasive tool was made from mixed abrasive materials and phenolic formaldehyde resin as adhesive by a new technique. All kinds of effects on the glossiness of granite were studied and the best technological parameters were obtained. The results of abrasive experiments showed that the abrasive tool have a high glossiness of polished surface, high efficiency of polishing of granites and a long life.
