高温形变热处理新工艺在高频焊管轧辊制造中的应用

摘要 针对高频焊管机组中 GCr15成型辊、定径辊常常出现的几种失效 ,在轧辊制造中采取了高温形变热处理 (锻造余热淬火 )新工艺 ,把锻压和热处理紧密结合在一起 ,利用锻后余热马上淬火接着高温回火 ,使轧辊获得了良好的强度和韧性 ,组织细化 ,表面硬度均匀。再淬火后轧辊内孔缩小 。 Regarding to the failure of GCr15 forming roller and the sizing roller in High Frequency (HF) welded pipe unit, the new process of high temperature deforming heat treatment (forging residual heat quench ) is adopted, this combines the forging and heat treatment, and use the forging residual heat for quench, then the roller to be high temperature tempered, this makes the roller has good strength and toughness, fine structure and uniformly surface hardness. After quench, the inner hole of reduced , and prolongs the performance life.
