摘要
引进的 32 5mm焊管机组 ,采用蜗轮传动 ,强迫润滑。当生产 114mm焊管时 ,直流电机转速达 150 0 r/ min,此时蜗轮箱发热非常严重 ,出现冒烟、漏油 ,最后损坏蜗轮。为此 ,对其传动部分作了改造 ,将原来的蜗轮箱全部丢掉 ,改为变速箱 ,分为二档输出到小齿数的螺旋伞齿轮上 ,成型段 8架中每 4架串联。用一台原有的 150 k W,80 0~ 16 0 0 r/ min直流电机传动。这样便满足了在 114~ 32
The importedФ325mm pipe production line adopts the turbine driving and forces the lubricate. During the production of Ф114mm pipe, the speed of DC engine reaches 1500 r/min., and the turbine box heated serious, it smokes and leaks out and finally damaged. So , the driving parts is reformed , and the turbine box is replaced by gear-box, the divided two gear transports to the small spiral gear, every 4 stands of the 8 stands in forming section is series-wound. The DC engine with 150kw, 800-1600r/min is adopted for driving. This meet any pipe sizes normal production within Ф114-Ф325mm.
