摘要
通过利用PID控制和最少拍控制,研究了两种不同控制系统在步进式加热炉模拟控温反馈调节系统受到干扰的情况下,自动调节达到稳定的过程。比较结果表明,在加热炉的自动控温系统中加入最小拍控制能使温度较快达到稳定,而且效果很好;这有利于控制加热炉的生产运行,从而对向轧机提供加热良好的钢坯具有重要的意义。
This paper studies the automotive control program of walking reheat furnace controlled by the PID Control andMinimum Beat Control. The results shaw that the automotive control system of the foresee could be stable at the shortest time and have better performance,when it was added a minimum beat control. It is very important to control the heat furnace and provide suitable slab to rolling mill.
