为分析带裙座整体封头的成形工艺 ,在商用有限元软件 ANSYS上二次开发了专用的封头成形分析模块。该模块根据封头的尺寸参数 ,采用参数化方法建立有限元模型。根据数值模拟结果 。

In order to simulate the forming process of pressure vessel heads with skirt,a specialpurpose code module,based on the commercial FEM software ANSYS,has been developed.This code uses the dimensions of a pressure vessel head to create an FEM model by a parameterization method.The causes of forming defects and the influence of the billet shape on the forming process are analyzed with the numerical simulation results.
