CLEAN STEEL PRODUCTION IN EAF

采用电炉工艺冶炼纯净钢 ,生产高等级钢材是新世纪对电炉工艺发展的要求 ,为此必须解决好去除钢液中有害残余元素的问题。围绕电炉工艺生产高等级钢种在控制废钢质量和钢液氮含量等方面 ,介绍国外钢铁界研究开发的新技术和经验。

It was demanded for the EAF technology development in the new century that the clean steel and some high grade steel could be produced by EAF processes, and so the problem of removing the harmful residual elements in liquid steel should be resolved. New techniques and production experiences abroad were introduced about controlling the scrap quality and nitrogen amount in steel during the production of high grade steel by EAF process.
