微粉脱硫剂的开发

浦钢电炉厂使用的石灰基炉外脱硫剂 ,经气流粉碎机破碎后能达到微米级粒度要求。所制微粉脱硫剂在小坩埚中的脱硫率达 70 % ,钢水含硫 0 0 1 %。经适当包装的微粉脱硫剂 1 4～ 2 1天后吸水率 <2 % ,不发生团聚现象。

The particle size of a line base desulphurizer, used in Shanghai Pudong Steel Co., could be reached the micrometer level after it was crushed by air comminuting. The desulphurization ratio of the micro powder desulphurizer was 70% in small crucible, and the sulfur content of steel was 0.01% after treatment. After the micro powder desulphurizer was packed with plastic pocket properly, its water absorption ratio was less than 2% during 14 [similar to] 21 days, no agglutination was happened.
