Analyzing an example of cold pressing technique for jointing rebars which went through successfully from development to wide commercial application, the growth period of the scientific and technological achievement and its influence factors as well as the corresponding management were discussed. A useful exploration was made to accelerate the scientific and technological achievement to be transformed into productivity.
