摘要
对GCr1 5钢轴承套圈热处理后开裂现象进行的失效分析结果表明 :轴承套圈热处理组织正常 ,而裂纹附近有脱碳现象证明裂纹来源于热处理之前。
The failure analysis to the cracking in the axle sleeve of GCr15 steel after heat treatment was studied. It was showed that the microstructure of the bearing axle sleeve was normal after heat treatment, while there was a decarburized layer near the fracture. Therefore, It could be concluded that the cracking had occurred before heat treatment.
