摘要
以十二胺和丙烯腈为原料 ,常压下合成了阳离子捕收剂N十二烷基 1,3丙二胺 (DN12 ) ,考察了其对高岭石、叶蜡石、伊利石的浮选行为。结果表明 :DN12 的捕收性能优于十二胺 ;DN12 的浓度为 3× 10 -4mol·L-1时 ,对 3种铝硅酸盐矿物的浮选回收率均超过 80 % ,对 3种铝硅酸盐矿物的捕收能力顺序为高岭石 >叶蜡石 >伊利石 ;浮选 pH范围为 5~ 8。动电位和红外光谱说明DN12 与铝硅酸盐类矿物形成了氢键并产生静电吸附 。
The flotation behaviors of kaolinite, pyrophyllite and illite have been investigated using N dodecyl 1, 3 diaminopropane (DN 12 ) as a collector. The results indicate that the DN 12 is a better cationic collector than the dodecyl amine. When c (DN 12 )= 3×10 -4 ?mol·L -1 , the recoveries of flotation of the three aluminium silicate minerals are all over 80%.In wide pH region, DN 12 exhibits strong collection ability on the three aluminium silicate minerals. FTIR DRIR results provide some evidences of existence of hydrogen bonding between polar group of DN 12 and the surface of silicate minerals. DN 12 may become a new type of selective collector for reverse flotation to remove aluminium silicate minerals from bauxite.
