摘要
在常温、酸性、厌氧环境下 ,按一定的比例添加微生物培养基和供电子体 ,采用微生物连续高密度培养、矿浆预浸、微生物固定和强化传质的手段 ,研究多金属结核的微生物浸出。质量比 1∶1的黄铁矿作为还原剂、矿浆质量浓度 40 g/L ,pH =2 ,30℃浸出温度为最佳浸出条件。陆地软猛矿和硬猛矿浸出 9天 ,锰浸出率分别为 95 6 %和 96 8%。微生物催化还原浸出氧化猛矿中有价金属。
