摘要
以T12A钢为对象 ,对碳素工具钢碳化物超细化工艺进行了对比研究 ,分析了原始组织及最终淬火工艺对碳化物细化效果的影响 ,给出了该钢的最佳碳化物超细化工艺 ,即固溶淬火 +中温回火→低温、短时、快速加热淬火 +低温回火。结果表明 ,最佳碳化物超细化工艺可使碳化物细化至 0 38~ 0 .74μm ,且呈细、圆、匀、密分布 ;原始组织对碳化物细化效果影响不大 ,但网状碳化物会增加钢的淬火开裂倾向。
The comparison investigation for carbide superfining processes of carbon tool steels have been done with T12A steel in this paper. The effects of original structure and final quenching processes on carbide superfining were analyzed, and the optimum carbide superfining process of this steel was given, i.e.solution treatment + medium temperature tempering->quenching at low temperature, short holded time and fast heating + low temperature tempering. The results showed that carbides could be fined to 0.38 [similar to] 0.74μm by using this superfining process, and carbides were small and round, and distributed homogeneously and densely. The effect of the original structure on carbide superfining result was not strong, and the tendency of quench cracking could be increased when carbide network was existed in the original structure.
