摘要
利用只受内压的厚壁圆筒应力计算公式 ,计算出液 固复合铸造时金属预制件被包覆部位的最大允许尺寸。白口铸铁 /碳钢复合铸造试验及生产实践都表明 ,计算结果对控制包覆层内表面裂纹的产生具有一定的实用价值。关于硅、磷含量对白口铸铁包覆层内表面裂纹的影响 ,也作了一定的探讨。
Utilizing stress calculating formula of thick-wall cylinder to which only inner pressure has been applied,allowable maximum size of metallic prefabricated piece enveloped location in liquid-solid composite casting has been calculated. By experiment on composite casting of white cast iron/carbon steel and production practice of the bimetal castings,the calculated result has been proved to have certain practical value for controlling the cracking tendency on the inner surface of the enveloping layer. Influence of Si,P contents on cracking tendency on the inner surface of the white cast iron enveloping layer has also been explored.
