摘要
本文用计算机图形处理软件PHOTOSHOP对扫描电镜拍摄到的INCONEL71 8合金中的α Cr析出相进行了定量分析。结果表明 ,采用图形处理软件PHOTOSHOP可以方便地计算出α Cr相的体积密度和颗粒大小。
In this paper, the quantitative study was carried out using computer software PHOTOSHOP to analyze the SEM photos of α Cr precipitates in superalloy Inconel 718. It was shown that the volume fraction and particle size of α Cr precipitates can be conveniently calculated using the PHTOSHOP software, so the image process software PHOTOSHOP is a convenient and effective tool in the quantitative study.
