In this article, the authors analyze the corresponding historical facts in the development of physics and expound the crucial role that scientific discussion played in Heisenberg's way of success and the establishment of his uncertainty principle. The authors'analysis shows that scientific discussion is an effective method in cultivating creative talents and conducting scientific innovation.
