摘要
本文论述了不等齿距端面铣刀的减振机理,提出了通用型不等齿距端面铣刀的设计依据,并采用优化设计方法编制了计算机辅助设计程序。通过实际应用,其结果表明:不等齿距端面铣刀的切削性能远较等齿距瑞面铣刀优越。
This paper discusses vibration minimization mechanism of unequal blade spacing face milling cutters.The principle of designing a general purpose unequal blade spacing face milling cutter is proposed.The computer aided design program is worked out according to optimum design method.Judging from the result of a design example,the new cutter's milling character is ar superier to the conventional cutter's.
