摘要
用烧结法制备了一种CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统粉煤灰微晶玻璃;研究了CaO、Al2O3、SiO2、S等成分对玻璃颗粒的烧结和晶比性能的影响;探讨了热处理过程中烧结与晶化的相互关系。结果表明,以表面核化析晶为主的玻璃比以整体核化析晶为主的玻璃更适合于颗粒烧结法。
A fly-ash glass-ceramic in the Cao-Al2O3-SiO2 system was prepared by sintering method. The effect of compositions of the glass on slntering and crystallization behaviour was investigated. The interaction between sintering and crystallization on the heat-treatment was discussed. lt was demonstrated that glasses in which the nucleation of crystal phases is predominantly surface nucleation are more Suitable for processing via a granule route than those in which the nucleation of crystal phases is predominantly bulk nucleation.
