摘要
针对水泥生产工艺,CaCO_3已不能发挥其对高硫煤的燃烧固硫作用。为使高硫煤在水泥窑中的应用成为可能,本文采用BaCO_3为固硫添加剂,借助SC-132定硫仪、MAC-500工业分析仪、差热分析仪,进行BaCO_3的燃烧固硫试验研究。结果表明:BaCO_3在较宽温度范围具有理想的固硫效果,特别是在1300~1400℃高温段其固硫效率更明显优越于CaCO_3,与此同时固硫剂BaCO_3的加入,还对高硫煤的燃烧起到催化作用,因而有利于水泥生产。
According to the production technology of cement, CaCO_3 could not play the role of set sulphur for high sulphur coal. In order to make it possible that high sulphur coal can be used in cement kiln. In this paper, BaCO_3 was used as sulphur retainer, set sulphur effect was studied bySC-132 sulphur determiner, MAC-500 coal industry analyzer and DTA. BaCO_3 has high set sulphur effect in a wide temperature scope, and the set sulphur of BaCO_3 is much better than that of CaCO_3 in 1300-1400℃. At the same time, BaCO_3 can play the role of burning-rate accelerator for high sulphur coal.
