WTO与西部劳动法律环境

WTO and environment of labour law in the west China

加入WTO对我国经济发展将产生极其重要的影响 ,对法律制度的影响也是显而易见的 ,而对那些尚未完善的法律制度将提出更高的要求 ,劳动法律制度便是其中之一 ,特别是我国实施西部大开发战略 ,对西部劳动法律环境的要求则更高。本文拟就此进行分析 。

It will exert a great influence to join WTO for Chinas economic development as well as the law system. It also needs higher requirements for those imperfect law systems. Labour Law is just one of them. Especially implementing the strategy of west China development, it will be necessary to improve the environment of Labour Law. The present paper makes an analysis of the subject, so as to make reference to it.
