摘要
本文首先介绍了退市机制的建立在完善我国市场经济机制、实现证券市场优化资源配置功能、树立投资者正确投资理念等方面的作用 ;进而从对退市相关概念的界定及退市机制的模式选择两方面阐述了其政策内涵 ;最后论述了建立场外交易市场、完善民事赔偿制度。
In this essay,the authors descibe the impact of establishment of delisting system on improving our country's market oriented economy ststem,realizing stock market's ability to opitimize distribution of resources,frosting investors right' concepts of investment.In addition,the authors explain the policy meaning of defintions about delisting and other related concepts and the choices of delisting system modles.And the authors discuss some subsequent systems such as setting up over the counter transactions market,improving civil compensation system,establishing capital stock insurance system and ameliorating corporations' administration structures,etc.
