对规范投资基金当事人行为的思考

Thinking of Normalizing the action of parties to investment funds

投资基金在我国虽已取得了瞩目的发展 ,但由于历史不长 ,法制不健全 ,随着基金逐步壮大 ,一些原有的和深层次的问题也逐渐暴露出来。本文试图从基金当事人角度入手 ,对我国基金当事人存在的不规范行为进行探讨 。

Though the funds did not develop quite long in China,they have already gained much progress.During the course of their developmet,some original and deep contradictions exposed.This article tries to discuss the existing abnormal actions of the Investment Funds in China,from the point of the parties to funds,and put forward a few suggestions.
