摘要 本实验以牛离体卵巢上获得的腔前卵泡为材料 ,对单个腔前卵泡切片制作的效果进行了观察。实验结果表明 ,将腔前卵泡包埋入琼脂中 ,并进行HE整染 ,可减少腔前卵泡的丢失 ,有利于比较清晰地观察其形态特征 ,其观察率为 90 .36% ,而对照组仅为 8.89%。另外 ,切片前染色处理时间对卵泡观察效果也有一定的影响 ,以 32min好于 52min和 2 7min。 The bovine single preantral follicle of ovaries from slaughterhouse were disposed and wrapped up in agar gel.In control group,the follicles disappeared easily because of the same color between the follicles and agar gel.However,in experiment group,this problem was resolved thoroughly.The results showed that the observing rates of follicles were 90.36% in the experiment group,but the data were only 8.89% in the control group.Moreover,before secting,the dyeing time of 32 min was better than that of 52 min and 27 min.
