摘要
以黄瓜品种“津春4号”无菌苗子叶为材料,研究了AgNO3对离体子叶芽再生频率的促进作用。结果表明,在含KT 2mg/L和NAA 0.1~0.4mg/L的MS培养基中附加AgNO3 2~6mg/L,可显著地提高离体子叶芽再生频率,其中最适培养基为:KT 2mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L+AgNO3 2mg/L,芽再生频率达到77.2%。这种促进作用与AgNO3抑制乙烯的形成有关。
:Stimulation effect of silver nitrate on shoot regeneration in cotyledons of cucumber were studied. The results showed that shoot could be induced directly from cotyledons cultured on MS medium supplemented with KT 2mg/L and NAA 0.1~0.4mg/L, the shoot regeneration reached 49.5%~57.6%. Additon of AgNO3 2.0~6.0mg/L to the medium could greatly increased the frequency of shoot regeneration, but the optimun medium was Ms medium supplemented with KT 2mg/L, NAA 0.3mg/L and AgNO3 2.0mg/L, the shoot regeneration rate reached 77.2%. The stimulation effect might be related to inhibition of ethylene production in cotyledonary explants of cucumber.
