农业高等院校图书馆信息资源的开发与建设

Developing and Building for University library information resource in network era

根据当前信息网络技术的发展，分析了现代信息技术对高等农业院校图书馆建设的影响，并结合我校图书馆的实际情况，提出了高等农业院校图书馆开发和建设文献信息资源应从以下几方面做起。1.树立正确的文献资源建设观念，高等农业院校图书馆不仅不能削弱印刷型馆藏文献，而且还要加大电子网络文献收藏力度；2.加大资金投入，改变服务手段，高等农业院校应重视图书馆建设，增加资金投入，保证及时购入各类型文献的经费，同时，图书馆应积极争取专项资金，促进图书馆自动化、网络化；3.提高图书馆员的综合素质，图书馆员不但应懂得传统的服务技能，还应具备信息知识能力和一定程度的外语水平，熟练掌握计算机及网络技术，以适应新时期图书馆的发展需要；4.加强网络建设，实现资源共享，高等农业院校只有参加高校联网，才能通过网络中心，获取全球最新的所需信息，实现信息资源共享网络化；5.利用资源优势，开发有特色的数据库，高等农业院校图书馆丰富的资源优势和人才优势，为特色数据库的建立创造了条件，我校图书馆要利用这些优势尽快建立特色数据库，并使这些数据库标准化、网络化，逐步推向网络，推向市场。

：The author of the paper putted forward several methods to tap and build the information resources in agro-university, accorded to the new development of internet and GAU library reality, analyse the effect of modern information technique to the construction or agro-university libraries . 1.Enhance the awareness of building information reserve, In the library of agro-university, but also increase the amount of electronic internet information in library reserved. 2.Add investment to library , and improve the construction of automation and network connections. 3.Raise the innate quality of workers librarians should have the ability of dealing with information and higher level of foreign language as well as know the traditional serving skills. They must muster the technique of computer and internet proficiently to meet the needs of library development of timely.. 4.Strengthen the internet building ,and shore the information resource all over the world. 5.Utilize the advantage of information resources and talented persons to tap the special type counter stock. We should standardize the stock, network connection and push the stock forward to market gradually.
