甘蓝型油菜凸耳叶性状的观察

从油菜品种资源以及杂交后代中发现了油菜叶变异株——凸耳叶植株。套袋自交纯化后种植观察 ,发现油菜凸耳叶性状最先起始叶位多出现在第 4～ 5片真叶上。在同一片真叶上一般可同时着生 1～ 5个凸耳叶。凸耳叶面积大小一般在 0 .0 5～ 4 .2 cm2 。

A leaf on leaf mutant, with special leaves growing on a true leaf have been selected from the rape varieties resources and their hybrid generations. Purifying by after self fertilization, it showed that most of the special leaves appeared on the fourth or fifth true leaf firstly, and there could be 1～5 special leaves growing on one true leaf. The average area of these special leaves is 0.05～4.2 cm 2 for each.
