Under current economic and cultural background, this paper analysised the status of the conservation and utilization of poultry genetic resouces of China in the optimization of poultry preservation, rational utilization of local poultry breeds resource and full use of modern biotechnology, and puts forward suggestions on the rational preservation and utilization of poultry breeds resource in China.\;
