摘要 综述了乳MUCI遗传多态性产生的原因、遗传特点、分析方法，以及其在动物育种中的研究现状，并对其应用前景作了展望。 ： In this paper， the causing reason、genetic characteristic and analyzing method of the MUC1 genetic polymorphism in milk are summarized and the current situation of research in animal breeding also is introduced， Futhermore， the future application is prospected．
