摘要
通过对不锈钢21-4N气门工艺方法和工艺参数的探讨,阐述了一种适用于不锈钢气门离子氮碳共渗的较佳工艺方法,在此工艺方法处理下的不锈钢气门,可在确保尺寸精度的前提下获得高硬度、致密、耐腐蚀的表面渗层.
Based on the technical method and technical parameter of 21-4N valves, a satisfactory method applied to ion-carbonitriding the stainless steels valve was described. By this treatment, it is possible to obtain stainless steels valves of high hardness, compact and corrosion-resistance, as the valves dimension is accurately held.
