摘要 本文是文献述评。借助于基因操作技术进行了人工合成丝蛋白的研究。国外科学家在合成β 一片层状蛋白质、人工类蚕丝蛋白和人工类蜘蛛丝蛋白等方面进行了探索 ,并取得了一定成效 ,但仍存在一些问题。作者认为蚕是这一转基因技术适当的生物反应器 。 The paper overviewed the present research advance in utilizing genetic manipulation techniques to synthesize the artificial silk protein. Some foreign scientists have already engaged in the study of synthesizing the β-sheet protein, the artificial silk proteinoid and spider silk proteinoid and so on, and some achievements had been made, but not fully succeeded yet. The author suggested that the silkworm be an appropriate bio-reactor for transgene technique, and it should be highly valuable to carry out experiments in this field.
