摘要
探讨了接种拮抗菌Trichoderma对甜瓜生长和发育的影响,结果表明:生物拮抗菌Trichoderma明显促进甜瓜植株生长,其中根长、根系密度、鲜重、干重差异更显著;接种剂量越高,植株越高;果实含糖量明显得到提高。
Li Guojing,Gao Diming Abstract The purpose of the present experiment was to determine the role of the application of the antago-nistic fungus Tricchoderma on the development and yield of melon without artificial inoculation of Pythium.Tri-choderma strongly enhanced melon plant growth.The root growth was more sensitive to the antagonestic Trichoder-ma .It was clear that the higer the dose of antagonestic Trichoderma ,the longer the melon plant.The fruit sugar content was improved by Trichoderma inoculation.
