摘要
采用晶体取向分布函数方法(ODF)研究和分析了在高压阳极电容铝箔中加入微量铍(Be)对形变织构和再结晶 织构形成的影响.结果表明:在高纯铝中添加微量铍,变形织构组分的强弱发生变化,随铍含量的增加,S织构和C织 构组分减弱,BS织构的铍含量为0.0020%时取向密度最小。成品退火时,添加0.0020%铍,再结晶立方织构最强,R取 向较弱;在其它情况下,立方织构均减少,R织构增加。由于铍能与铁等微量杂质元素形成化合物,析出后可净化基 体,降低基体中杂质铁的浓度,减少铁对位错和空位运动的阻力,从而影响变形织构的组成和降低高纯铝再结晶温 度,促进再结晶立方取向核心的形成与长大。
The effect of trace Be on recrystallization textures of high-purity aluminium foils for high voltage electrolytic capacitors was investigated by means of orientation distribution functions (ODFs). The experimental results showed that a small addtion of Be to high-purity aluminium can change the deformation textures. S and C components decrease with the increment of the beryllium. And Bs texture becomes the weakest when the Be equals 0.0020%. During the final annealing the cube texture is the strongest, and the R component is very weak When Be is 0.0020%. Because the beryllium can combine with the Fe to form the metallic compound prticles, the Fe concentration in the matrix becomes low, and the cube texture can develop well and the R texture can be suppressed.
