The reform or the state-run enterprises is the key issue in our national economy at present, while the development of the capital market is now in the ascendant. The problem this essay mainly deals with is how to undertake the reform of state-owned enterprises by making use of capital market. I will also expound the function of the capital market in reform, the problems in the present capital market and the solutions to the problems.
