摘要
激光是六十年代兴起的一门新的科学技术,近年来国内外有许多单位利用激光枝术,探索为农业服务的途径,发现激光能够使种子提前发芽,提早成熟,增加产量。为此,我们用氦—氖激光辐射番茄种子,采用不同的功率密度,不同时间,观察幼苗期过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的酶活性变化。实验结果表明,用氦—氖激光辐射番茄种子,湿种子同工酶的酶活性高于干种子。在相同的功率密度时,激光辐射的时间对同工酶的酶活性影响不大。功率密度不同对同工酶的酶活性有影响,当功率密度为0.024瓦/厘米~2时,同工酶的酶活性最高。
As a new technology,laser has been used in many subjects from 1960's.In recent years,people has been applying this technology to serve theagriculture and has made great progress,such as improving plant seeds germi-nation,shortening plant growth period and increasing production.We radiat-ed tomato seeds with He-Ne Laser in different power densities, differenttimes and observed enzymatic activity of esterase isoenzyme and peroxidaseisoenzyme in seedings.Following results were found:when other conditionswere the same, the enzymatic activity was higher in wet seeds than in dryseeds;when the power density was the same,radiating time seem to havelittle effect;when the power density was 0.024w/cm^2,the two kinds of iso-enzymes had the highest activity.
