加速氩(^(40)Ar)离子辐照水稻种子的生物学效应研究

摘要 本文研究了加速氩离子对水稻(Oryza sativa)风干种子的辐射敏感性,研究结果表明,30-180GY 加速氩离子辐照对种子发芽率影响不大,但成苗率随着剂量的增大而降低,且180GY 处理的成苗率降为零.可得到成苗率、穗实粒数和育性的半致死剂量(D_(50))分别为83.7GY、58.9GY 和73.3GY.M_1穗数、育性都可倚苗高、苗基部宽和最大叶长得到显著复回归方程,但任两性状间的偏回归都不显著;而育性倚出苗率和成苗率的线性复回归方程,不仅复回归系数显著,而且育性与成苗率呈显著正偏相关.说明它们均循剂量增加而降低.成苗率可作为衡量 M_1育性的指标. The radiosensitivity of accelerated argon-ions irradiation on air-dried rice seeds wasstudied.The results indicated that the germinating rate was hardly affected by a dosagerange of 30~180 GY.But the survival rate of the seedlings was decreased with increasingdoses,and it was lowered to zero when treated by 180 GY.The semilethal doses(D_(50))forthe survival rate,the number of plump seeds per panicle and the seed fertility deduced bydose-response curve equations were 83.7GY,58.9.GY and 73.3 GY respectively.Statisticalanalyses showed that multiple regression and multiple correlation coeficient were significantamong the three or four characters studied on M_1 generation.But only partial correlationcoeficient of the seed fertility of M_1 plant and the survival rate of seedlings weresigni-ficant.It is suggested that the survival rate at the seedling stage could be used as the index of the fertility of M_1 plant at maturity.
