应用2.6—二氯酚靛酚法测定草莓还原型抗壤血酸 被引量:7

摘要 应用2.6—二氯酚靛酚法测定草莓果品抗坏血酸(维生素C)含量。为便于大量样品分析,提高经济效益,重点对提取的有效时间,提取剂的选择,脱色剂的效果行进了探讨,井对滴定法和比色法作了比较。试验结果表明,提取草莓维生素C的最佳有效时间为60分钟。白陶土(亦称高岭土)脱色效果好。提取剂草酸和偏磷酸提取效果相同,但草酸比偏磷酸稳定,价格低,适于大量样品分析。两种测定方法所得实验结果规律一致,但滴定法比比色法操作简便,不需特殊仪器设备,灵敏度高,稳定性好。比色法可测定不经脱色的深色样品液,但需用精密仪器,操作要求严格。应用2.6—二氯酚靛酚滴定法测定草莓果品维生素C含量,具有实用意义。 Authors of this article determinate the quanity of reduced ascorbic acid in fruits of strawberry by means of 2.6-dichloraphenol indophenol method. In order to make mass sample analysis and to rise economic efficiency we pay special attcntion to the effect of the time factor of ertracting,the selection of the extractant,the effect of The decolorant in our research,compare titrimetry with colorimity.The results of our experiments show that efficient time of extracting vitamin C is limited to 60m.The effect of decoloring by means of kaolin is satisfactory. The extracting effect of oxalate is the same as that of metaphos-phoric acid. but oxate is more economical than metaphosphoric acid.The titrimetry may be applied for mass sample analysis because it is easy to use.The vitamin C extract of fruits of strawberry may, without being decolorized, be determinated by the application of 2.6-dichloraphenol indophenol method. which is of practical value.
